Who operates this site

DraftAxis is a personal project operated by Kent Weyrauch, an individual based in Minnesota. For brevity, “we” and “us” below refer to that individual.

Acceptance

By accessing DraftAxis you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

What the site is

DraftAxis provides informational analysis of the NFL Draft, including executive tendencies, pre-draft visit data, and related summaries. Content is derived from publicly available sources such as the NFL Combine, league transaction wires, and beat-writer visit reports. The site is provided free of charge and for general interest and research.

No warranty — use at your own risk

All content on DraftAxis is provided “as is” and without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Upstream data sources occasionally contain errors, and our own analysis involves judgment calls. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for any financial, wagering, roster, scouting, or professional decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its underlying infrastructure;
• scrape the site at a rate that materially degrades service for other visitors;
• represent DraftAxis content as your own original analysis; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Original text, charts, and code on DraftAxis are the work of the operator. You are welcome to reference or link to pages on the site with attribution. Underlying raw data (combine measurables, draft picks, visit reports, etc.) belongs to its original sources and is used here under the terms those sources make available.

External links

DraftAxis may link to third-party sites (such as Twitter) that are operated by other parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DraftAxis, or from any reliance placed on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the site or these terms will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
